Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

At Hampton Faucets, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy for information regarding processing times, shipping options, and delivery times.

All orders are processed in the United States are in USD Dollars. All orders processed to be shipped to Canada are processed in CAD Dollars. 



1. Processing Times

  • Order processing time: Orders are packaged and processed within 0-1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been confirmed. Cut of time is 5 PM Mountain standard time Monday to Friday for all orders to be shipped if not they will be shipped the very next day or Monday for a Friday night order.
  • Once order are processed they are shipped the same day and can you expect your package within 5-8 business days for the US and Canada. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

a. Standard Shipping (United States & Canada):

  • Standard Shipping: [ 5–8 business days] – [Free shipping]. We ship with USPS as well as FEDEX for the US . We ship with FEDEX and Purolator for Canada.

Note: Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes but will not be shipped from the United states to be tariff-free. Customs duties fees are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package through our shipping partner's website.


4. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues).
  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at contact@hamptonfaucets.com , and we will assist in resolving the issue.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery:

  • We will notify you and arrange for reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
  • Refunds will not be issued for shipping charges on undeliverable packages.
