1. Ordering & Shipping

  • How long does shipping take?

  • Order processing time: Orders are packaged and processed within 0-1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been confirmed. Cut of time is 5 PM Mountain standard time Monday to Friday for all orders to be shipped if not they will be shipped the very next day or Monday for a Friday night order. Once order are processed they are shipped the same day and can you expect your package within 5-8 business days for the US and Canada. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we only ship to Canada.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • How do I request a return?
    Email us at contact@hamptonfaucets.com with your order number and reason for return.
